Why can't buyers search all the MLS (Mulltiple Listing Service) listings? - not all listing brokers give permission for their listings to be dispersed to the public only to all other brokers. If you request email notifications, these come directly off the MLS and this is the only way to know about all the listings with the cooperating brokers of the Spokane Association of Realtors.

In fact more and more buyers start this process before they leave their previous location as a pre-approved buyer will be able to negotiate the very best deal. Selecting a loan officer who is very experienced with VA loans rather than completing only 6 a year will add to the smoothness of your transaction and help keep your stress levels down!
