Why can't buyers search all the MLS listings? - not all listing brokers give permission for their listings to be dispersed to the public only to all other brokers. If you request email notifications, these come directly off the MLS and this is the only way to know about all the listings with the cooperating brokers of the Spokane Association of Realtors.
